We really like how Jeanne W. Ross, Cynthia M. Beath, and Martin Mocker describe the components in their book, Designed for Digital. They break it down into “five building blocks for a digital transformation:

  • Accountability framework: distribution of responsibilities for digital offerings and components that balance autonomy and alignment”
