Do I need to request more AI budget for this effort?
In many cases, no. We’ll work with Microsoft and your procurement team to defer enterprise-wide Copilot licenses until after your pilot proves value. This means you can invest in getting transformation right without paying for unused licenses.
If you’ve budgeted for enterprise licenses but piloting with a smaller group, you can defer the unused licenses during your pilot period. The savings? Often enough to cover our engagement fee.
