Copilot Catalyst

The secret of our Copilot Catalyst program? It’s not really about Copilot.

Launch your AI transformation with a structured leadership pilot focused on real-world workflows and department-specific use cases.

Driver

Microsoft is rolling out Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, yet most enterprises still measure success in licenses rather than behavior change. Leaders see security gaps, unclear ROI, and staff who treat Microsoft 365 Copilot as a magic bullet instead of a force multiplier.

Every AI transformation begins with leaders, so it can be a great investment to begin your Copilot adoption journey with a small group of functional and technical leaders.

This 4-week effort jump starts your AI transformation by working with a small group of leaders.

If you’re looking to roll out Copilot for your entire organization, check out our 12-week Copilot Enablement offering.

Outcome

Our goal isn’t to teach you how to use a new tool. It’s to start a conversation about how AI can better enable your business.

We give leaders direct experience with Copilot, not as a training, but as a testbed for strategic thinking. Copilot is just the catalyst; the real outcome is leaders ready to drive AI strategy with confidence and clarity

Through four weeks of hands-on practice and discussion, you’ll build leaders who think, experiment, and lead with AI. They will:

  • Experience AI Firsthand: Leaders gain direct, hands-on exposure to AI tools, shifting from theory to practical understanding. They learn what AI is, what it is not, and how it can fit naturally into their daily workflows.

  • Focus On Real Workflows: We move beyond tips and tricks with Copilot to uncover practical, high-value use cases. Leaders begin identifying where AI can create measurable impact and open new ways of working.

  • Insight to Strategy: Move from exploration to strategy by bringing shared experiences together to shape the next chapter of your organization’s AI journey.

Approach

This is a highly interactive engagement. Your team will get hands-on with Copilot, discuss learnings with team members, and explore use cases with the FlexPoint team.

Our program is structured to give leaders hands-on experience with AI and the structure move quickly from individual learning to cross-department conversation, and into strategic enterprise action.

  • Week One: Pilot Setup and Alignment

    • We’ll kick off the effort with the sponsor

    • We’ll identify leaders to participate in the pilot

    • Your team will provision Copilot licenses for participants

  • Week Two: Copilot Basics

    • We’ll facilitate a Copilot workshop with all participants, walking through the basics of Copilot and laying the foundation for strategic thinking with AI

    • We’ll facilitate office hours, where participants describe what they’re learning and we often see pilot participants helping each other connect the dots on challenges and opportunities (repeated twice weekly through the duration of the effort)

    • Your team will invest 30-60 minutes in daily practice with Copilot (repeated through the duration of the effort)

  • Week Three: Use Case Identification

    • We’ll have 1:1 discussions with each participant to discuss department-specific use cases

    • We’ll lead a use case workshop, drawing on 1:1 discussions and refining/prioritizing opportunities as a group

    • Your IT team will assist in compiling usage statistics

“Trying to find a use case, it’s like asking someone who’s only ever lived in black and white to tell you what kind of rainbow they want.

The only way to see what is coming on the horizon is to let them play, screw up, and experiment.”

– Client, Vice President of Tax

  • Week Four: Strategy and Planning

    • We’ll compile a final report from the Copilot Catalyst effort

    • We’ll lead a final session focused on embedding learnings and identifying tangible next steps

Each participant should expect to devote 5 to 8 hours per week during weeks 2 through 4 of this effort.

Three Pathways to Impact

  • AI Fluency: Develop a foundational understanding of AI capabilities and limitations across leadership

  • Business Value: Map workflows to value by focusing on real-world ROI and not just efficiency gains

  • Change Management: Empower leaders to set the tone for AI adoption and build a culture of confident experimentation.

The Result

Create strategic alignment across all leadership levels to ensure AI decisions move in one direction.

Our launch framework keeps entry costs lean while setting you up for the next steps in your AI adoption journey.
