The FlexPoint team isn’t trying to sell a particular AI product, so we don’t have an answer at the ready of which use case is best to pursue. Rather, we’ll work with you to identify where AI and automation can provide real value for your team, then pressure test it so you’re confident moving forward.
Approach
The FlexPoint team has identified starter use cases across industries and types of AI, to get your creativity started. We’ll review some of these together, discussing what seems like it can apply and just doesn’t fit for your team.
With a sense for the art of the possible in this space, we’ll turn to your team very specifically. Where are you making decisions intuitively because related data is too difficult to stitch together? Where are team members complaining about doing the same manual processes over and over again? Where are there moments of friction for customers, when we want there to be delight instead?
We’ll work through these and more exploratory questions to identify possible use cases. Then we’ll take time to vet ideas: looking at the data, processes, and customer journeys in greater detail, to see if AI can solve real headaches without creating new ones.
After rounds of discussion and analysis, we’ll deliver a list of prioritized AI use cases, with what it will take make them a reality.
